If your halogen bulbs do not meet your expectations within 12 months of purchase and they were purchased from an authorized retailer, we will gladly offer a replacement with proof of purchase. All our halogen headlight bulbs are backed by a 12-month warranty. Because our SYLVANIA SilverStar® brand bulbs are high performance products, they may require replacement at more frequent intervals than basic or original equipment manufacturer bulbs. We offer a variety of halogen headlight options ranging from our basic bulbs to our SYLVANIA SilverStar® brand bulbs. SYLVANIA Automotive Halogen Headlights Warranty Purchases made on must state: ‘ships from and sold by Pattern’ in order to be considered an authorized retailer. Purchases made on Ebay must state the seller as ‘sylvania_automotive’ in order to be considered an authorized retailer. EBAY® (as well as other online auction sites) are consumer to consumer marketplaces lacking quality control guidelines and expertise. Purchases from online auction sites are not covered. The product must be purchased from an authorized SYLVANIA reseller to qualify for a warranty replacement.

Note that cost of installation of our products is not covered by warranty. Unauthorized repair, modification or customization of your product voids the warranty. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable care, the affixing of any attachment not provided with the product or subjecting the product to any but the specified voltage. Warranty return shipping charges are the responsibility of the consumer. This will be necessary to process a warranty claim and will help expedite the process. If your product requires registration, we recommend doing so within 3 months of the date of purchase.
